SVG Doodle Whiteboard Access Conditions
To protect the copyright of images, access to the SVG Doodle Whiteboard Image Website is only available to invited guests, trusted animators and friends of SVG Doodle Whiteboard.
We are happy to consider all requests for access but, due to a rise in copyright violations, each request must be checked to ensure it is genuine.
This means sending us links to your whiteboard animation work. Yes, we know this is an imposition but if you scroll to the bottom of this page and take a look at the image you’ll see why we need to be cautious. Hundreds, if not thousands, of crooks trying to profit from our work illegally.
So if you’d like us to consider your request for access please send us links to your Website, YouTube Channel or Fiverr Gig only. Please do not send links to Social Media pages or Dropbox/Google Drive folders etc as these will not be considered.
Do not send links to someone else’s work! Yes, people really do this. Sites will be contacted to verify your identity.
Once your whiteboard animation credentials have been checked and verified we will ask you to agree to the following copyright statements:
1. I understand that I am purchasing the rights to USE Piers Baker’s images only. I do not purchase the copyright to those images.
2. I understand that copyright to all images remains the property of Piers Baker in perpetuity.
3. I understand that I may only use the images in my whiteboard animation videos if I have purchased the rights to do so. If I am using illegally shared images I understand that I am infringing Piers Baker’s copyright and my videos will be subject to copyright takedown strikes.
4. I understand that if I copy images, redraw images, use previously watermarked images, use jpeg/png screen grabs or base my own artwork on Piers Baker’s images my videos will be subject to copyright takedown strikes.
5. I understand that the only legitimate file format that may be used in my videos is SVG. No other file format such as jpeg, png etc may be used.
6. I understand that, under penalty of law, I may not copy, redraw, share, loan or resell Piers Baker’s images.
7. I understand that the access password is for my own use only and all rights to use Piers Baker’s images will be withdrawn if I share the password with a third party.
These are standard copyright conditions.
Once agreed (with your full name) a website access password will be sent to you.
We apologise for these extra hoops to jump through, just to enter a website, but the considerable losses we have incurred through copyright theft have made it a necessity.
The alternative is we close the library altogether. Something we are trying to avoid as the library is a useful resource for honest, genuine animators.
