Can I make changes to my draft video?

Your draft video is to check for errors and omissions only. We will, of course, correct any mistakes but author’s corrections at this stage will be charged. This includes adding colour, combining or removing frames, adjusting timings, changing the voiceover, adding new artwork etc.

Yes, but you'll need to source and supply it. Please speak to us about file format etc.

Can I reduce the number of  frames once I've seen my storyboard?

Yes, but as most of the creative work is done at the drawing stage you will be charged 80% of the frame rate you've been quoted.

Can I cancel the work at any time?

Yes. Videos can be cancelled at any stage of the process. However fees will apply depending at what stage the work is stopped. If the work is cancelled after the script stage the deposit fee usually covers the cost. However if it’s cancelled after the drawn storyboard stage the fee needs to be 80%. 100% is payable if cancelled after the video editing stage as the job is complete at this point. Remember deposits are non-refundable and drawn frames will be charged at 80% of the frame rate quoted.
